A C\u00fapula Global de Bioeconomia, realizada em Berlim de 24 a 26 de novembro de 2015, foi a primeira iniciativa internacional com o objetivo de construir uma rede para discutir pol\u00edticas bioecon\u00f4micas.<\/p>\n

Esta importante c\u00fapula foi constru\u00edda sobre os objetivos de desenvolvimento p\u00f3s-2015, a fim de iniciar um processo para definir a agenda multilateral de uma bioeconomia sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

Com esse objetivo, o Conselho de Bioeconomia da Alemanha convidou mais de 500 l\u00edderes, nas \u00e1reas pol\u00edtica, de pesquisa, ind\u00fastria e sociedade civil de muitos pa\u00edses, para discutir este tema em Berlim.<\/p>\n

Durante o evento, foram destacadas tr\u00eas \u00e1reas-chave para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma bioeconomia sustent\u00e1vel:<\/p>\n

1 <\/strong>\u2013 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da inova\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como tecnologias e medidas comprovadamente sustent\u00e1veis;
2<\/strong> \u2013 estabelecimento de boa governan\u00e7a;
3<\/strong> \u2013 o in\u00edcio e o fortalecimento do di\u00e1logo e da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional.<\/p>\n

Garantir a produ\u00e7\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel e o consumo de recursos naturais (solo, ar, \u00e1gua e biodiversidade) exigir\u00e3o coopera\u00e7\u00e3o em nome da conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel dos recursos naturais vitais, para garantir o bom funcionamento dos ecossistemas mundiais.<\/p>\n

As compensa\u00e7\u00f5es e as sinergias potenciais resultantes do uso de recursos naturais devem ser trabalhadas por meio de abordagens integradas (por exemplo, o Nexus \u00c1gua-Energia-Alimentos).<\/p>\n

O conhecimento de princ\u00edpios biol\u00f3gicos e recursos gen\u00e9ticos s\u00e3o fontes cruciais de inova\u00e7\u00e3o com base biol\u00f3gica. Bibliotecas de biodiversidade exigem aten\u00e7\u00e3o e financiamento internacional. Eles s\u00e3o a chave para a descoberta, pesquisa, conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e uso sustent\u00e1vel de recursos gen\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n

O desenvolvimento bioecon\u00f4mico precisa promover inova\u00e7\u00f5es para redes de valor biologicamente baseadas e tamb\u00e9m desenvolver pol\u00edticas para orientar mudan\u00e7as nas pr\u00e1ticas empresariais e no comportamento do consumidor.<\/p>\n

O Planeta Org\u00e2nico participou do Workshop de Bioeconomia e Biodiversidade durante o Global Bioeconomy Summit, realizado em 26 de novembro de 2015, e promoveu o painel de Biodiversidade e Bioeconomia a ser realizado durante o evento Verde Rio 2016.<\/span> <\/a> <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Global Bioeconomy Summit held in Berlin from November 24 to 26, 2015, was the first international initiative aiming at building a network to discuss bioeconomic policies.<\/p>\r\n

This important summit was built on the post-2015 development goals, in order to start a process to define the multilateral agenda for a sustainable bioeconomy.<\/p>\r\n

With that objective, Germany\u2019s Bioeconomy Council invited over 500 leaders, in the political, research, industry and civil society areas from many countries, to discuss this topic in Berlin.<\/p>\r\n

During this event, three key areas were highlighted for the creation of a sustainable bioeconomy:<\/p>\r\n

1 <\/strong>\u2013 promotion of innovation, as well as technologies and measures which are proven to be sustainable;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
2<\/strong> \u2013 establishment of good governance;
3<\/strong> \u2013 the beginning and strengthening of dialogue and international cooperation.<\/p>\r\n

Ensuring sustainable production and consumption of natural resources (the soil, air, water and biodiversity) will require cooperation in the name of conservation and sustainable management of vital natural resources, to guarantee the proper working of the world\u2019s ecosystems.<\/p>\r\n

Trade-offs and potential synergies resulting from the use of natural resources must be worked on by means of integrated approaches (for example, the Water-Energy-Food Nexus).<\/p>\r\n

Knowledge of biological principles and genetic resources are crucial sources of innovation with a biological basis. Biodiversity libraries require international attention and financing.\u00a0 They are the key for discovery, research, conservation and sustainable use of genetic resources.<\/p>\r\n

Bioeconomic development needs to promote innovations for biologically-based value networks, and also develop policies to guide changes in business practices and consumer behavior.<\/p>\r\n

Planeta Org\u00e2nico took part in the Bioeconomy and Biodiversity Workshop during the Global Bioeconomy Summit, held on November 26, 2015, and promoted the Biodiversity and Bioeconomy panel to be held during the Green Rio 2016<\/span><\/a><\/strong> event.<\/p>\r\n
